Because Auto Scum (RoadsterWorks) uses print-on-demand production, all items are made especially for you. For this reason, we cannot accept most returns.
1. No Returns for Sizing or Preference
We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of preference
- Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
Please review the size charts before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Most items enter production within hours.
4. Unauthorized Returns
Do not return items without contacting us first.
Items returned without approval may not be processed.
