1. Order Fulfillment
All Auto Scum (RoadsterWorks) items are printed on demand.
Fulfillment usually takes 2–7 business days depending on the product.
2. Shipping Time Estimates
After fulfillment:
- Domestic orders: 3–8 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days
Times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
Delivery dates are estimates.
3. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Not all countries support full tracking.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Product type
- Quantity
5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- VAT (if applicable)
Auto Scum (RoadsterWorks) does not cover these charges.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked as “delivered”
- Failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses
- Carrier delays
If your order is missing, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
7. Shipping Regions
We ship to most countries supported by Printful’s network.
Some regions may have restrictions.
